We ask for help for more than 80 children from an orphanage in Szamotuły and in its maintenance and preservation. Orphanage in Szamotuły is undergoing the rebuilding, which is a necessary step in process of standardization. The imposed restriction of provisions in the context of EU law, forced the Orphanage to change the layout of the construction and architectural home in a short time.
The Center is a historic facility with significant history and building with a large surface used on several levels. Despite the fact the effects are to be the positive changes for children that are able to receive at the disposal less-populated and cozy rooms, but because of the cost, the charity center with almost century’s old tradition can’t cope with the requirement.
As heirs and custodians we are seriously worried about the future.
The rebuilding is going to divide large rooms of the building, which contain big groups of children, to five smaller and separate apartments.
Each of them will include seven two-bed rooms, a kitchen with a dining room, recreation room and bathroom segment. Individual apartments will usable for 14-member group of children and will establish separate department.
One of these apartments have already been renovated and registered by the Governor decision as a Caring and Educational facility "Canaan".It works and brings excellent educational results.
In the reorganized institutions the children receive more natural conditions, like in the real family. They have the possibility to prepare and eat meals in a small group of people. Children enjoy own peace, preserving the intimacy and autonomy, that precluding big rooms in the present conditions .
